My name is Tim Thomas and as an Owner and Operator of 10 McDonald's restaurants here in Las Vegas, I was fed up with equipment repair vendors and dealing with their excessive charges for billing hours and high markup on parts. I knew I needed a better option, so RES was created as an independent family owned and operated equipment repair company.

RES's sole purpose is to provide quality equipment repair to all Las Vegas restaurants at a fair price. Notably, our technicians are on salary so there are no incentives to stretch out their billing hours. Their focus is to build customer confidence and loyalty, while also providing excellent services. Our technicians have DECADES of experience working on restaurant equipment. Our expertise includes repairing grills, fryers, shake machines, toasters, coffee makers, etc. We also handle freezer doors, replace floors, repair sliding storage racks, and more.
